Things to Know…

Our goal is to provide fast, friendly, efficient service. Part of making that happen is having everything you need for a successful notarization. To ensure the process flows as smoothly as possible, make sure you have the following prior to the notary’s arrival: 

Notary Services

  • All parties signing the document(s) must be present – no exceptions!
  • Government issued photo ID (NO birth certificates, Social Security cards, check cashing cards, credit cards, or photocopies/screenshots)
  • Complete documents (no missing pages/blank spaces – except those requiring signatures in the presence of a notary)
  • For documents missing the notarial certificate – confirm the type of certificate needed (contact either the document owner or recipient)

Apostille Services (coming soon)

  • All documents requiring an Apostille (certain documents may have specific requirements in order to obtain an Apostille)
  • Document origin (Where was the document issued?)
  • Destination country of document (Where is the document being sent? Depending upon the destination country, some documents may not qualify for an Apostille but instead will require Legalization)
  • Where you want the Apostille sent once processed
