Notary Service Fees

• Notary travel fee (up to 25 miles) – $50
• Notary travel fee (every 10 miles over 25) – $15.00
• After-hours – Contact us for pricing

Document Fees

For basic notarization services the notary fee is $2 per notarial act in addition to the notary travel fee.

Document fees for Apostilles may vary. Fees may vary based on:

• Number of states documents are needed from
• State processing fees
• Documents requiring notarization
• Embassy Consulate fees (if applicable)
• Translation (if applicable)
• Number of Apostille documents requested
• Type of service requested (eg. regular/expedited, if applicable)
• How/where Apostille documents are sent upon completion
